Johnny Warren was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 3, 1956 to proud parents Mr. William and Mrs. Doris Warren. He grew up on the west side of Indianapolis, on 9th street, near the Ransom Place Neighborhood.
Johnny attended Indianapolis Public Schools, first at William D. McCoy #24, then Mary Cable #4 and later graduated from Wood High School. He later served in the Army Reserves.
Johnny worked at The IU Medical Center and later at IUPUI Campus Facility Services.
Johnny was a kind, quiet and considerate person who was always generous to others. He confessed his love of Christ early in life and kept the love of God in his heart always.
He loved to fish and loved to be around family and friends.
Johnny had a twin brother, Jackie, and the two of them were inseparable and formed a life time bond together.
Johnny departed this earthly realm on June 2, 2019. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his (twin) brother, Jackie; brothers Charles and Phillip; sister June; brother–in-law, Eugene Arnett; sister-in-law Katrina Warren; ex-sister-in-laws Diana Glover Warren and Wilhelmina(Weewee) Warren; numerous nieces and nephews; and the many friends who loved him.
